Weight Loss Program

We are a small, hands on practice, dedicated to a customized approach in weight management for each individual.

The Head to Health Program founded in 2002,  is a carefully tailored, balanced,  sustainable program which usually consists of 6 weekly visits or phone calls.

You will meet or speak with Carly for 6 consecutive sessions. Where you are male or female, have a few pounds to lose, or quite a few pounds,  We will design a meal plan that is synced up with your height, weight, age and activity level.

Our clients find that they can easily and effortlessly adapt this program to their lifestyle, with the absence of calorie counting, and very little weighing and measuring of food, is what makes achieving an 8% weight loss goal in the first 6 week very attainable. We have an unprecedented  95% success rate, due to our very careful and thorough pre-screening of each individual by phone before we will enroll you in the program.

We ensure that you will enjoy many of your favorite foods while enrolled in the Headtohealth program, and that you will be eating full 3 meals and at least 1, 2 or 3 customized snacks in between meals daily. You will not be hungry,  will have more energy, and be nicely sated.

Feel Better and Look Better:

The Headtohealth Program will provide you with an organized, systematic way of eating so that you are not feeling deprived. We will increase the quantity of low glycemic foods and decrease the quantity of high glycemic foods (low sugar and high sugar foods).

When each meal contains the correct ratio of protein, fat and carbohydrates, your metabolism will then function optimally, burning fat and calories more rapidly.

When we consume an excess amount of carbohydrates the blood sugar rises and falls too quickly which results in fat and sugar being stored in the body in the form of too many calories, which upsets the metabolic balance and causes weight gain.

With the elimination of refined sugar and processed foods, your body will no longer store fat. You will feel better, look better and have boundless energy!

If you are vegan, vegetarian, modified vegetarian, or none of the above this plan offers you the opportunity to lose 8 percent of your current body weight in 6 weeks in addition to losing inches.

Guidelines
